
Pittsburgh started the game strong with 7 shots in the first three and a half minutes.
Under Therrien that would have taken 2 full periods.

In the 2nd period, we made Columbus look like the 1978 Montreal Canadiens.
They were all over the place.
We looked like we were partying a little to hard last night.
Then it happened in the 3rd period....lightening strike
then again
and ...again
3 goals in 3:30
To be honest, I wan't all that impressed with young Mason
But wow, he made some sick saves late in the 3rd and OT
as did our own 'tender

The second half of the third period was spectacular playoff-type hockey
Columbus has the makeup of a team that is very capable to knockoff a team like say, Detroit in the first round
To bad I still can't name more than 3 of 'em
That one point we earned tonight is MONEY.
No Number of the Beast today, although I think i would have given it to Mr Fleury had they pulled that one out.
Next up - Ottawa
