Sounds like the Penguins have interest in Jonathen Cheechoo. I don't really know much about hime cuz he plays in the West, so here's a profile:
ASSETS: Is very deft at handling the puck and maneuvering his way through defenders. Has good scoring instincts and knows his way around the offensive zone.
| FLAWS: Tends to struggle in defensive situations, which cuts into his overall value. Has improved his skating ability but there's still room for improvement. |
CAREER POTENTIAL: Top six winger.
It seems he is better in the 2nd half of the season. Had a few excellent years, then his production fell off significantly. Apparently even the San Jose coaches don't know whats going on with Cheechoo. Maybe he just needs a change of scenery....Interesting....
