As the only person in North America, I believe, who predicted Pittsburgh would win tonight, I patiently await your apologies and accolades.

That's what it was going to take to win tonight, and that's exactly what the Pens brought. 20 guys in white jerseys spilled their frickin innards in the Joe tonight, and make no mistake, the better team won. There are no flukes in a seven game series, and it wasn't luck that helped the Pens win 4 of 5 against the mighty Red Machine. These boys are the real deal.
Babcock said after the game the Red Wings were icing a lineup that was bandaged together. Yeah, well they weren't the only ones. I would love to know how many of the Pens were playing in pain this series. We know of a few, we'll never know how many others.
I think tonight I may have fallen in love with a hockey team.
